Local Homeowners Associations
All of the Onion Creek Subdivision falls within the Onion Creek Homeowner’s area and is assessed dues. However, there are 13 local Homeowner’s Associations located within the Onion Creek Subdivision as well. If you live in an area with a local HOA, you will be assessed dues for both the Onion Creek HOA and the local HOA. Please contact the local HOA for information on their dues, insurance, coverage, trash, and amenities.
