If you will be unable to attend the Annual Membership Meeting on January 18, 2025, and you wish to vote by proxy, please assign said proxy either by completing a proxy ballot online and emailing to the HOA office – [email protected] – or by submitting a hard copy to the HOA office, 10816 Crown Colony Drive, Suite 105, Austin, TX 78747 NO LATER THAN 5 pm JANUARY 15, 2025.
